Seven TNT swimmers of the Selma program traveled to Cal Lutheran University to compete at the Conejo Simi Memorial Day meet there, and place 12th in the overall team standings. Eleven year old Jackson Huckabay led the team with 48 points that resulted from a win in the 100 fly (1:20.89), a third place finish in the 50 breast (40.97), and a 5th place finish in the 50 fly (34.88). Six year old Brother, Lucas Huckabay, came home after scoring in five of his six events, with wins in four of them (50 free, 100 free, 50 back & 50 fly). Our next highest scorer was 12-year old Emma Pena who finished 2nd in the 100 back (1:26.87), 4th in the 200 free (2:44.10), 5th in the 200 IM (3:05.63) and 6th in the 50 free (31.88). Fourteen year old Jake Goodbar improved 100% of his times, and placed top-8 in four events: 100 breast (3rd), 200 free (4th), 100 free (4th), and 200 IM (6th). Morgan Coddington scored in the 200 breaststroke with a 5th place finish that resulted from her time of 3:04.00. Madison Pallares had her highest place finish in the 13-14 division of 7th in the 200 freestyle (2:40.98), while fourteen year old Jonas Huckabay tripled up with three 11th place finishes that included the 50 free (31.09), 200 back (2:47.97), and 200 IM (2:52.15) events.
