Sample Cross-over Turns from 2009 NCAA

Three examples of swimmers using the cross-over turn during the 400 IM at the 2009 NCAA’s held at Texas A&M in College Station Texas. Tyler Clary won the 400 IM and used a modified cross-over turn  in prelims, and chose to use an open turn during finals. He is not shown in the video.
